Iris Smarnakis and Vincent Perbal are Studio Penelope, an Antwerp-based creative studio working across interiors, objects, craftsmanship and experiences.

Iris brings a background in editorial styling, creative direction, interior and furniture design, hospitality and events. Drawn to colour, the idyll of past eras and the poetry of contrast, she approaches everything with a strong sense of atmosphere and an eye for the unexpected, whether shaping spaces, creating experiences or simply sharing what catches her eye.

Vincent brings the hand of the artisan. His decorative finishes, rooted in traditional techniques and translated into a contemporary language, form an integral part of the Studio Penelope vocabulary.

Together, their work moves between the refined and the sensory, the moody and the luminous.
